Venture Harbour is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of the team and as such, all employees will receive an additional ~£50 per month, paid as a Healthy Living Allowance.

<aside> 🏦 The gross amount you will receive is £80/month, but as this will be taxed we are paying £80 to ensure you have a net amount of around £50/month. This will vary depending on whether you have student loans, your tax bracket etc.

<aside> 👮 We may from time to time ask to see evidence that the allowance is being used as intended and you should be prepared to provide this information (receipts, contracts). If you're found to be misusing the allowance, it will be withdrawn.

The Ts & Cs:

This allowance is subject to the usual deductions as required by law.

As per the contract of employment, discretionary benefits are subject to change, without compensation, upon the Employer providing the Employee with 60 days written notice of that change.

What if I spend a little under/over?

A little under is fine (let's say by £10-£15). Anything over obviously comes out of your personally piggy bank so that's also fine. If you really aren't able to spend it - let us know and we will reduce the amount.
